Position Title: Load Coordinator
Job Description:
As a Load Coordinator you will be responsible for maintaining and establishing customer relationships.
This potential candidate will be expected match freight loads with the best driver based on review of available loads and drivers.
Prioritize loads by efficient scheduling and customer priority. Review list of drivers available to accept each load for proximity to pick up location, available hours under DOT regulations, home time, and factors impacting driver retention.
Review ratio of available loads to available trucks for assigned region, area or customer and report the load balance to management daily.
Coordinate with team leaders to resolve driver issues to prevent service failures to the customer.
Communicate to customers on a daily basis.
Qualifications:
Minimum four year college degree or equivalent transportation/supply chain experience.
Excellent communication skills.
Capability of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Driver Completes Lease to Own Program
Fireman says the purchase gives him "more independence" and will allow him to spend even more time with his family. His advice to others wanting to own their truck? "Stick with it," says Fireman.

Waller helped deliver 4,196 rolls of toilet paper to the City Union Mission. This is almost an entire month's worth of toilet paper to them. They were so very thankful for the donation.
